Engineer who will contribute toward the success of our technology initiativesin our digital transformation journey. U.S. Bank is seeking aSenior Software Engineer to join our growing agile Financial Crimes and.
Compliance team - leveraging technology to transform and optimize businessfocused on the objective of fighting financial crimes. We're looking for drivencandidates with passion for delivering innovative and high performance analyticand business processing systems. This hands-on positionwill play a key role in the technical design, development and implementation ofapplication systems while collaborating across product teams. You must be ableto understand business, work with stakeholders to understand process andrequirements and then apply technology to drive to results.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Works collaborativelyacross technology and business to bring products to life, achieve businessobjectives and exceed customer expectations.
- Design, develop, testand implemented streamlined complex solutions leveraging multiple technologiesand tools in our technology stack
- Embrace, foster anddrive Agile and DevOps Principles including automated build and unit testing,quality analysis tools, testing frameworks, and deployment automation tooling.
- Think creatively andpush for innovative solutions
- Maintainsdocumentation of processes, software and systems and cross train others toensure no single points of failure.
- Lead/Assists withapplication system problem resolution by working with application developers,vendors, and internal infrastructure teams to troubleshoot
- Continuous focus onimproving performance, efficiency and reliability of software and systems.
- Proactively learn newtechnology and tools to stay ahead of industry trends
- Expert proficiency inNICE Actimize ActOne (RCM), APIs, web services, and standard design patterns ispreferred.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to six years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

5years of software engineering experience with multiple modern programminglanguages and applications frameworks.5years of Java web application experience5years in HTML, Javascript and CSS; including frameworks such as Bootstrap,JQuery, React, Angular5years in Oracle database development3years of Actimize development experience (RCM Platform - plugins, RCM API, RCMDesigner)Strongverbal, written and interpersonal skills.
StrongCritical Thinking Skills, Logic Skills and Troubleshooting Skills.
Experiencein Web Services, REST APIsExperiencewith Front End and Back End Development.
Experiencewith automated test frameworks and thorough testing principles. Experiencein debugging, performance profiling and optimization.
Experiencein agile methodology.
Experiencein Source Code Management (Gitlab, Artifactory)BS/BAdegree or higher in science or technology Job:
