To build on Sitecore's success and growth, we're looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to work as part of our Sales department. To build on Sitecore's success and growth in North America, we're looking for a skilled Presales Engineer with Web Content Management and Digital Marketing experience. We are always looking for the best candidates to join our team. Energetic, outgoing and passionate about technology, the Sales Engineer combines detailed technical knowledge with a dedication to the sales process and customer success. The Sales Engineer will support sales productivity, partner enablement, and customer evaluations by collaborating closely with product and technical teams to highlight the many ways Sitecore solutions meet customer needs. Responsibilities:
* Work as a collaborative member within our team selling approach
* Participate in the creation and delivery of technical and functional sales presentations that demonstrate the latest Sitecore products and features
* Achieve a profit and productivity quota made up of the combined expectations of the region, market, and/or channel supported
* Through coaching and technical sales, drive successful sales engagements and ensure sales goals and objectives are achieved
* Define and present Sitecore implementation architectures and project blueprints for customers and partners
* Develop use case demonstrations and proofs of concept in collaboration with solution architects, sales managers, product specialists and product development
* Lead technical responses to RFI / RFP
* Maintain highest level of technical and market knowledge; create thought leadership through writing, user group presentations, Sitecore community involvement
* Act as customer and partner advocate for project success and best practices
* Provide technical and functional enablement support for regional Sitecore partners
* As a Sales Engineer you have the chance to develop in a very broad role ranging from Sitecore product expertise, customer and partner collaboration, community involvement, and technology and market expertise. We are looking for a professional with a solid background in Web development with Web Content Management knowledge and Digital Marketing experience. In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for someone that shines when preparing and leading technical and functional presentations to decision-making audiences. To fulfill the role of Sales Engineer we are looking for a candidate that matches the following profile: Technical:
* Good understanding of the Web Content Management industry
* Solid understanding of Web development, information architecture and related concepts and technologies
* Familiarity with standard web technologies:
HTML, CSS, Java
Script, React, Angular, VUE, etc.
* Digital Marketing experience and exposure to marketing automation, multi-channel campaign management, social marketing, A/B testing, email campaign management, SEO, and search technologies
* Good understanding of eCommerce systems, PIM, and ERP
* Familiarity with Digital Asset Management
* Experience with analytics platforms
* Technical/IT education or relevant industry experience
* Experience in a presales and/or professional services role
* Good understanding of Sitecore or similar productsNon Technical:
* Superior communication skills, ability to articulate key messages clearly and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
* Experience in giving presales presentations to all levels of enterprise decision makers
* Results oriented; committed to quality of product and service
* Ability to work in virtual teams and committed to never letting a teammate down
* Self
- motivated and creative; having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges
