True Benefit is looking to add a Power Platform / RPA Developer to their growing team in Branford, CT (near New Haven) or Plainville (near Hartford). Job DescriptionThe Power Platform / RPA Developer leverages the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.) and other technologies (Workfusion RPA Express, Sparkling Logic SMARTs) to build and maintain automation solutions that support and enable our business processes and our relationships with our employees and business partners. The Power Platform / RPA developer will work as part of an Agile-based delivery team and will deliver both standalone solutions and capabilities / services to be integrated within broader business solutions. Key responsibilities include: Develop process automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and other technologies. Utilize business rules management tools (Sparkling Logic SMARTs) to implement decision support capabilities for underwriting business processes. Remain up-to-date on new features of our selected toolset (and competitor tools) as they become available and advise management on how and when to implement them. Understand business requirements and partner to define solutions in an Agile, collaborative environment. Create process automation and business rules documentation necessary to translate business requirements into code. Implement and follow software development best practices in work processes including code management, testing, and governance. Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day running of business end user automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required. Ensures compliance with all organizational policies and procedures. Other responsibilities as assigned.
