The candidate will have a documentedhistory of exercising their computer science skills across multiple platformsincluding the well known Microsoft and Java stacks. Additionally the candidatewill have experience using the AWS cloud for infrastructure. The candidate willhave experience creating and optimizing software of the following types: Web2.0, API, Analytics, and Mobile. The candidate will have experience working incross-functional teams in an Agile SDLC. This position will be based out of the Los Angeles, CAoffice.
RESPONSIBILITIES Rapidprototyping within an Agile methodology Workwith product managers, designers, and engineers to prototype and implementproduct feature.
Developfunctional code for features on multiple platforms and products.
Developunit tests and integration test Implementcomplex code based on guidance provided by lead engineer on project.
Reviewexisting platform for optimization opportunities.
Provideanalytical advice in identifying and implementing new IT technologies in orderto help clients and the company reach strategic objectives.
Assistin the interview, vetting and hiring of software engineering consultingresources.
REQUIREDEXPERIENCE B.S.in computer science required, an additional Masters in computer science preferred. 4+ years experience with Java 4+ years experience with .Net 2+ years experience with AWS and Cloud
Architecture 2+ years experience with Agile, Continuous
Integration and Continuous Delivery 2+ years experience with Healthcare Specific
Technologies Understanding of Healthcare Terminologies: Snomed, ICD, CPT, HCPCS, Rev Codes Understanding of where machine learning isapplicable for solving problems Experience working in a HIPAA regulatedenvironment Experience with containers and mircorservices Experience with relational and non-relationaldatabase technologies Experiencewith terminology servers Experiencebuilding technology for Healthcare, specifically HER REQUIRED SKILLS Javatechnology stack: Java, Spring Security, Groovy, Grails, Tomcat, JPA/Hibernate,Spring Boot WebPrograming:
