Software Engineer IV ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS In order to work effectively as a Software Engineer IV, the position is expected to Work on assigned user stories and turn them into a working software Build applications using object oriented design patterns and practices to develop maintainable code. Design and implement high quality and performance client software by leveraging a strong understanding of firmware protocols. Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself Will be working in a fast paced Agile scrum development environment. Will be responsible to provide status update and risk assessments on product development and project schedules. Evaluate, review designs and test to determine if software will perform according to requirements and specifications. Will be responsible to participate in code reviews and use case collaborations. Collaborate with Quality engineers to guide the integration testing with other Omnicell applications.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED The successful candidate will have the following skills Expert Level experience in software designdevelopment Expert knowledge of C or Java or NodeJS Moderate knowledge of Angular.
ReactJS (Latest version is preferred) Proficiency with Java.
Script and HTML5 Working experience in developing and deploying WebAPI, RESTFul services, Cloud Native Platform, Windows Service and Desktop applications Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components Hands-on experience of unit testing and integration testing Moderate SQL skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience with 247 application development Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic QualificationsBS in Computer Science or other technical degree 8+ years of experiences in software designdevelopment responsibilities Experience with C or Java or NodeJS Preferred Knowledge and Skills Basic knowledge in C+
+ Prior experience with remote monitoring tools is a plus Full Software Development Life Cycle knowledge, including Agile development principals Work Conditions On-Shore.
