The Solution Consultant Academy offers talented individuals a direct path into what may be the most exciting, challenging, and rewarding position in technology sales. It is designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential individuals with the purpose of creating a pipeline for Solution Consulting leaders across ServiceNow.

What you get to do in this role + Learn ServiceNow workflow training, sales and product demonstration instruction, and education in information technology + Work with customers and sales teams to create technological solutions to critical customer business through discovery workshops + Deliver and demonstrate technology solutions to address challenges + Answer product features and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues + Utilize tools and education through mentorship and hands on training to be successful in pre-sales and share best practices To fully understand the scope of ServiceNow business, you will rotate through training that will include:
+ ServiceNow Foundations, Solutions and Application Enablement + Demo training + Value Selling + ITIL training + RFP Proposal & Knowledge Management + Demo Data, Scripts & Builds + SC Enablement & Content Management + Technical Writing + Business Value Consulting + Program Management + App Development and QA Support In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
+ Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical focus + 1-3 years of experience with prior internships, professional experience or consulting backgrounds + Pre-sales experience, IT Operations Management experience would be advantageous (Tool or process) + Proficiency with ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software + Ability to learn new technology and workflows + Proven experience as a resource in the development of solutions within client environments + Demonstrated ability to influence and consult decisions and strategy + Strong interpersonal skills and customer centric attitude + Solid presentation capabilities and communication (verbal and written) It would be a plus to have experience with the following:
