We need: Salesforce Architect
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Duration: Long Term Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise.
Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com), certification preferred.
Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives Applied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions.
Very strong leadership and influence skills
- demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives.
Communicate system changes to users in advance and ensure proper understanding before deployment of such changes.
Gather requirements from end users as new deliverables may require.
Continuously modify the system to increase benefits and usability.
Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features.
Create custom objects when necessary.
Maintain, enhance and create workflows, processes, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment.
Maintain System Security and Integrity, including sharing rules and security levels Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed.
Expand use of Salesforce.com – attend planning meetings, assist with determining if /how salesforce.com can be used in new ways as opposed to purchasing a new internal system.
Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
Process Creation, Documentation and Maintenance (workflows, processes and field maps Assist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce.com.
Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC. Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads/updates of data as required; removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow.

Requires BA/BS degree in related field.
Expert level experience with business and technical applications.
Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, lead multiple small projects and provide troubleshooting support.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Developer I & II certifications Experience in Apex, Visual
Force, Lightning Components, Force.com IDE, SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and Java
Script Experience utilizing development frameworks and libraries, such as the Lightning Component Framework, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and jquery, or equivalent.
Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and searching One or more current Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud) preferred Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence design Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the ptalform (e.g.
API and governor limits) Evaluation of Salesforce.com with 3rd party solutions Salesforce.com Certifications (Salescloud/Servicecloud) Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns) Supervisory experience Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools
