Asa participant, you will help drive exceptional and efficient customerexperiences through transformative projects and initiatives, from FinTechpartnerships and digital payments to modern application environments and cloudcomputing. Based on your skills andinterests, you will be placed in one of several tracks. Tracks include softwaredevelopment and engineering, network and systems engineering, data engineering,and testing. Engineer Track
- ConsumerAs a software engineer, you will work alongside a groupof talented engineers as you pursue a broad range of initiatives. By leveragingyour technical skills and thirst for innovation, you will produce disruptive
Middleware technologies that will ensure Citizens' market leadership. As afuture leader, you will work on multiple solutions spanning our consumerbanking applications. TheSoftware Engineer l will be responsible for:+ Designing, modifying, developing andimplementing technology solutions; building modern, architecturally soundcomponents, tools and applications to meet mission-driven strategic businessgoals.+ Employing industry best practices toevaluate, correct and prevent vulnerabilities during the software developmentprocess.+ Participating in code and design reviews with
Middleware teams to ensure that solutions meet current enterprise standards.+ Infusing quality of service characteristics,such as scalability, manageability and maintainability, into distributedservice-based framework to create or expand business or technical capabilities.+ Participating in an environment rapidlytransforming to the Agile methodology, adhering to best practices andcollaborating effectively with your team mates.+ Documenting development iterations; ensuringthe quality of technical documentation; creating progress reports.

What you'll need to apply+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other technology-related degree + Expected graduation date of May 2021+ Minimum GPA 3.0+ Experience in software development+ Familiarity with full-stack development+ Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills+ Understanding of multiple programming languages, including at least one front end framework (Angular/React/Vue), such as Python3, Java, Java
Script, Ruby, C, C++, etc. + Experience with collecting requirements, creating software designs and developing efficient implementations+ Understanding of data structure concepts such as linked lists, dictionaries, arrays, custom object creation, etc.+ Experience with CICD pipeline (CircleCI, Jenkins, or equivalent) preferred+ AWS/AZURE/GCP experience preferred
