Sr. Full Stack Python Developer only)

Technical must haves: Python, Rest-based Web Services, Docker/ Kubernetes (or similar) Soft skill must haves: Someone with enthusiasm and drive. With some guidance, they should quickly feel as they own the project. Project info/ Reason for opening: Building an alternate application on Python - trying to create Web services around this model. Looking for Python Dev with experience in Web Services for this team. The whole team is about 8 people, but working on this there are another two developers, a total team of three people. This project is an enterprise scorecard, high visibility, it will trigger many more changes within the organization. This is a ground up project, currently not even in production. Important notes: Open for candidates who can work on W2 directly without needing visa sponsorship/ transfer (No Corp to Corp). This position is a long term contract for now and can offer a salary between 160K - 180K if it converts to fulltime in future.

Responsibilities

- Engineer capable of designing solutions, writing code, testing code, automating test and deployment
- Overall delivery of software components working in collaboration with product and design teams
- Collaborating with other technology teams to ensure integrated end-to-end design and integration.
- Enforcing existing process guidelines; drives new processes, guidelines, team rules, and best practices.
- Ready, willing, and able to pick up new technologies and pitch in on story tasks (design, code, test, CI/CD, deploy, etc)
- Able to research and learn new methodologies and technologies and bring knowledge to the team Technical
