As a Software Engineer on the Tyler Integrations team, you will focus on expanding Tyler 311 which operates across multiple Tyler divisions. With existing integrations to Munis, Tyler EAM, EnerGov, Versatrans and third-party applications, this is an opportunity to work on a highly integrated product as we expand those offerings and continue the rapid evolution of Tyler 311 into an Enterprise 311 requests management solution. You will be part of a dynamic team which regularly collaborates with stakeholders across the spectrum of departments and Tyler divisions.
Analyze, design, and develop lean, well-documented and testable code using modern design techniques that conform to the industry best practices Work in an Agile development involving bi-weekly sprints, weekly service packs and quarterly releases Assist in stakeholder reviews and demos as needed Assist with similar Tyler-Wide development assignments within the team as needed Be open to training and new situations Work with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations. C or equivalent OOD languages Understanding of engineering concepts like design patterns, OO programming and SOLID principles, HTTP, APIs, data structures and algorithms. Good working understanding and experience with relational and non-relational database technologies Experience with .NET Core, HTML5 and Angular are a plus Knowledge of deployment technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes, integration technologies such as Snaplogic or AWS services is a plus.
