Your team will partner with our portfolio accounting and operations teams to provide solutions that help us best manage our client portfolios. You will oversee the team's performance, align team actions with firm and group goals, and support employee career growth through coaching and stretch assignments. The Day-to-Day Hire, retain, and develop technical talent on your team Support the technology team for critical business functions Play a key role during the solution design process by solidifying the technical vision and leading key technical decisions Develop a thorough understanding of the business domain, solution space and partnerships with business users Assist with vendor selection and due diligence efforts Perform code reviews, critique architecture and technical designs, and perform hands-on coding as needed Drive process improvement initiatives and adjust SDLC practices as needed Your
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years hands-on software development project leader experience 3 years as a Software Developer or a Software Architect Demonstrated experience leading a technical development team Experience leading development projects utilizing .NET Core (C), Angular
