JRI-America requires a Share
Point developer to join its Share
Point team. This team develops and supports tactical and strategic IT projects, which cover enhancements, change requests and new features from the business units. You will be responsible for recommending Share
Point solutions based on business requirements using the in-house tools available. You will be responsible for enhancement and maintenance of the Share
Point System. Self-motivation is key, as the individual will be expected to progress tasks within exacting timescales.


  • Designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting all components of the Share
    Point 2019 and Online systems and associated infrastructure, including all related applications, servers and services.

  • Maintain a high level of ownership and investment in tasks associated with both new and ongoing Share
    Point based needs within the IT environment.

  • Incumbents must be able to lead efforts in troubleshooting, remediating and optimizing any and all Share
    Point based issues, while also working with engineering requirements and providing strategic recommendations to management.

  • Providing core Share
    Point Development guidance, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Act as point of contact for all business related Share
    Point feature and support issues.

  • Provide both consultancy and support to site and business owners

  • Diagnose and resolve application, configuration and code level technical issues.

  • The candidate must be able to contribute significantly to any design and refactoring discussions, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be able to articulate problems and solutions in a concise manne.


Looking for strengths in MS development technologies, Visual Studio, .NET, C#, Share
Point API, Java
Script, Angular, Bootstrap, REST API and ideally Active Directory experience.

The successful candidate should be comfortable across a wide variety of technical disciplines and show willingness to embrace different technologies.

5-7 years of experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science or related field preferred;

  • Experience in Web development using HTML, CSS and Java
    Script. Visual Studio, .NET, C#, Share
    Point API

  • Experience in Share
    Point Designer, page, form designs and workflow customizations

  • Experience with Bootstrap, Java
    Script, Angular or React

  • Experience with Active Directory & SQL Server.
    SQL/PL SQL Database experience and Oracle connection using BCS and on-premises data gateway

  • System design and architecture

  • 3+ years practical (hands-on) experience with Web application development using, Angular, C#

  • 3+ years practical (bands-on) experience with Visual Studio and .Net Framework or .Net Core

  • 3+ years practical (bands-on) experience developing custom solutions for Share
    Point (preferably online, but could be on-prem version)

  • Experience in administering Share
    Point sites

  • Ability to develop workflows using Power
    Apps, Logic Apps, Power BI and Microsoft Flow

  • Understanding the Share
    Point App Model is desired

  • Design, develop, debug, test, deploy, document and maintain Share
    Point solutions
    Nintex forms and workflow experience

  • TFS Source Control & Build Techniques in the Share
    Point Domain

  • Ability to demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication with various business users

  • Interpersonal and strong communication skills to be able to work with team of members on assigned project or independently
