ServiceNow Integration Specialist

We are looking for ServiceNow Integration Specialist for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers

Job Description


Service now Implementation Specialist & Admin
Core module (Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, CMS(optional) )
Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read format for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilising the most efficient Glide Record methods to reduce overall processing time.
Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.
Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications and systems
Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST
Creation of design documents ,test cases & Unit testing
Defect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancement
Customisation of different applications and modules within ServiceNow
Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.

Technical Expertise :
Creation of script based Assignment and Approval rule.
Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script.
Web Service Integration
User Interface Level Integration
MID Server Integration
Integration with tools, applications and systems
Mobility and related integration
AngularJS, Node.js and Bootstrap
Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-now.com
Creation of custom related list.
Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes
