Duties: Job Description: As a member of ITSM development team build code and engineer solutions to meet the delivery of ITSM projects/work items The developer will work with members of the ITSM team, internal customers and external vendors to develop the functional test, implement, document and deploy enhancements/fixes on SNOW platform Analyze business requirements to configuring/develop/enable capabilities using SNOW platform
Skills: Skills: Support the development and configuration on various areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Service Catalog items, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration Management (CMDB), Reporting / Performance Analytics Design and develop/configure workflows, forms, Develop Custom Scoped Apps. Use SCRUM / Agile methodologies, Formulate functional testing approach, test cases and document them, Support User Acceptance Tests and deploy code into Production in defined releases Participate/conduct code walkthroughs with other team members, develop coding standards. Support ServiceNow version upgrades Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements. Evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option and implement the solution Analyse, troubleshoot, and fix identified SNOW system issues Provide on-call support when SNOW Production issues occur Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies applicable to the ServiceNow platform
+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment 3
+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation/integration / administrative experience 3
+ years of experience working in a team of the developer(s) Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java.
Script (including AngularJS), XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.) Experience working with databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS-based) systems/applications like Zoom, Box, OKTA, Active Directory, Workday is a plus Experience providing training on using SNOW tool capabilities and ITIL processes A Bachelor s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with a Technology emphasis. Service Now Administrator Certifications, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITIL foundations is a plus
