SkillsDemonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs: Driving design and delivery of automation solutions as well as overall automation strategy, including RPA, machine learning, NLP, and intelligent virtual assistants;Assessing client challenges to identify opportunities to implement automation capabilities across technologies, such as UiPath, Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce;Understanding how to bridge business needs and technology solutions, as well as develop robust technical solutions that effectively solve client challenges;Serving as a strategic advisor to clients in decision making and applying intelligent automation solutions to diverse functional areas within the Healthcare industry;Working with clients to develop strategy and governance for the broader organizational intelligent automation program and goals (e.g., establishment of COE, automation vision and program objectives, automation organizational structure);Supporting firm initiatives to lead within the industry as a strategic digital partner and create innovative automated solutions for clients;Defining and prioritizing use cases for where automation can create the greatest impact across industry and function-specific areas;Understanding the value proposition of automation solution implementation for specific business functions and industries;Working closely with technical teams to establish solution delivery meets client and PwC standards throughout the engagement lifecycle;Understanding collateral development for client opportunity pursuits and deliverables creation to support engagement delivery;Leading engagement teams in building client relationship strength and partnership in engagement delivery;Serving as a thought leader in creating and sharing insights on industry trends, including new technology offerings and innovative applications of solutions;Identifying client opportunities and proactively leading pursuits in alignment with PwC leadership priorities;Cultivating a culture of inclusion and Be Well, Work Well while championing growth and high performance of teams;Demonstrating functional knowledge of automation solutions, including trends and platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Appian, Salesforce, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, and WorkFusion.);Demonstrating functional knowledge of intelligent automation trends and technologies including RPA, AI, machine learning, NLP, NLG, etc.;Leading or managing teams (both functional and technical); and,Understanding project financial management responsibilities related to projects or resources.
