Product Support Analyst

Title: Product Support Analyst
Location: Centreville, VA
Terms: Full-Time/Permanent.

Responsibilities and Duties Qualifications and


Requirements Communicate ongoing problems and fixes internally and with customers. Track calls, tickets, and solutions for fast and accurate resolution. Guide customers on product features, product selection, configuration, and implementation. Ability to write clear and concise updates and correspondence. At least 2 years of experience the following: Networking:
OSI Model, TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, HTTP, QoS, etc. Microsoft: Hyper
- V, Server 2012/2016, Active Directory, Exchange, Share.
ESXi, VCSA, vSphere, Workstation. Linux: CentOS, RHEL. 1-2 years of experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Power.
Familiar with tools such as Jira Software/Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git. Analyze data, ensure quality and accuracy to predict trends Develops knowledge base content and provide review of other content. Ability to present information and respond to questions on a variety of levels - both internally and externally. 4 year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent working experience. 1-2 years of experience with: AngularJS, Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, REST/SOAP

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of an active DOD Secret level clearance Experience working in a DOD environment or prior military background. Any of the following certifications:
ITIL, Network, Security certified Experience with C4ISR systems. Currently a network, software, systems, or DevOps engineer interested in becoming integration, software, or systems engineer. Additional Notes: Structured, careful, and attentive to detail Thriving under pressure and when working to deadlines Flexible and willing to take on new tasks and tackle new challenges Motivated to contribute your ideas Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
