Pega Software Developer

The JP Morgan Merchant Services group supports our customers by providing payment solutions. We are seeking passionate result-oriented technologists to drive better, faster, simpler solutions. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines Understanding of architecture and design across all systems Working proficiency in developmental toolsets Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages, ideally Java Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement Contribute to the technical direction of the project Define, design, develop, test, deploy, and support Microservices that comprise mission-critical enterprise applications Automate development, testing, and deployment processes

Requirements

3+ years' experience utilizing Pega platforms and technologies for development of mission-critical enterprise applications Experience developing software using domain-driven design (DDD) approach, defining RESTful APIs and developing RESTful Web Services and experience building applications based on Microservices Architecture Strong UI development using Angular JS and/or Kendo UI Strong knowledge of Spring Framework Experience working with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud Working knowledge of utilizing and administering Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools (e.g. Git, Subversion) for software development JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
