Multiple Software Development Opportunities supporting Southcom
Job DescriptionCACI is working on a new effort providing Software Development services to the United States Southern Command (SOUTHCOM). Work locations include Miami, Colombia, Honduras, GTMO etc. We are looking for a variety of skills and experience levels as follows:+ Responsible for providing planning and delivery of application development services including application development, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer assistance in response to Command requirements. + Develop, update and maintain a detailed Release Management Plan. + Design, document, build and track a release package for each release. + Report on status of results and implementation of releases. Demonstrate compatibility with existing hardware and software before release and deployment. + Conduct, monitor, manage and document service validation and testing of all new/changed IT services following parameters in service design packages. Submit release packagers to the Government for release approval. + Develop applications on a geographically dispersed Windows Enterprise network with multiple types of servers and server applications. + Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing programs and applications. + Drive customer analysis to create applications that respond to customer needs and provide innovative solutions to common problems. + Perform prototyping application tests and code reviews to ensure product is satisfactory.
Interpret Technical Specifications from customers and select controls to meet them. + Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop technical designs and provide recommendations on solutions to the customer. + Provide Tier 2/3 level support to the customer and their components to include application infrastructure, design, implementation, and troubleshooting. + Provide development testing and integration application support to required software applications for SOUTHCOM. + Develop, update, and maintain a Service Validation Testing and Implementation Plan for release packages. Provide scripting support.+ Provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as required. + Design, update and maintain the customers ServiceNOW application+ Perform other duties as assigned. It is required that the Software Development Team has the following qualifications: + Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance (TS/SCI preferred)+ BA/BS and 3+ years recent specialized experience (additional experience for higher labor categories+ Microsoft .NET Certification+ DOD 8570 IAT2 compliance or higher+ Proficiency with C#, .NET, SQL, HTML5, CSS, Java
Script(JS), JQuery, Share
Point API, REST, and CSOM or demonstrated proficiency with another server side language and a demonstrated ability to learn a new language quickly+ Understand software development using Agile methodology.+ Understand ServiceNow application development

- Foundation+ Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)+ Experience with AngularJS, Angular, Type
