Lead UI Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client in Rocklin, CA that is looking for a Lead UI Engineer. This position is remote for now until shelter in place is lifted. This is a 12-months+ contract (Long Term) with a possibility of conversion FTE. Role Overview A candidate coming into this role should have experience as a Lead UI Engineer. This best candidate with experience mentoring junior engineers, taking initiative, managing code quality, working with product management, etc. The Lead is responsible for the total delivery across the domain. - depending on what comes up The Lead needs to jump in and hands on support the developer.
REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of experience in hands on full cycle Web Development, focused on UIFront end development, with experience designing and developing of high-volume, high-performance, high-availability applications 2 years of experience as a Lead
- having mentored junior engineers previously, etc. 2 years of experience with Java
Script version 6 and above (ranks self 7-810) Strong experience with Java
Script, HTML, CSS3 and web components architecture (WSI is moving toward Progressive Web Development (PWA)) Working on multiple Java
Script applications Experience with Angular and React Experience migrating Angular application to React would be a plus Experience with Agile practices Experience integrating with backend interfaces, experience with Microservices build in Java Spring boot is a plus Experience with OAauth 2.0 Knowledge of Automation testing framework, CICD
