Skills Salesforce Ticket monitoring and resolution, Handles breakfix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, SQL Server, Ability to write the SQL data queries, Excellent Verbal communication skills, Application hosting, Application configuration monitoring, Application Deployment using CICD
Extensive Working experience on Application hosting, Application configuration monitoring UI (React JsAngular) API (Dot Net) applications on Windows Production server Experience in handling Production environment data Handles breakfix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations. Experience with Application deployment into Production environment using CICD process. Experience in SQL Server, Ability to write the SQL data queries to support the live data need. Experience in handling Salesforce Level 2 Ticket monitoring and resolution related to User onboarding access management Service Infrastructure monitoring and logging experience. Client facing role with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Preparing Status and Issue resolution reports, coordination with L1 team multiple stakeholders, 3rd Party dependent application partners. Adaptable to flexible working hours to coordinate daily overlap with Offshore based team Support User level testing of all product capabilities, upon production testing and after production go-live during lean time.
