Java Developer with Spring Boot, API and AWS

Will not offer a relocation package but can do a $5K sign on bonus to help with moving expenses. Compensation include base plus 8% personal bonus, along with a company performance bonus that is between 9 to 11 Thousand a year. Finally they do a 10% bonus of your base and personal yearly and put that your 401K.

Interview Process: First interview is an hour coding exercise which managers watch. If you pass that you get a video interview.

As a Full Stack Developer you'll work on a fully dedicated, cross-functional, co-located and durable team given the autonomy required to deliver solutions which fulfill client needs and drive business outcomes within the context of client journeys. Focused on creating innovative user experiences, you'll continuously deliver imaginative solutions that also satisfy business needs. Your fresh ideas will directly impact one of our strategic focus areas and help us redefine the world of mutual funds. The team will operate with enhanced speed and agility to deliver meaningful customer experiences in a rapid build-measure-learn manner. As a senior developer on the team the candidate is expected help drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidate will have strong experience with Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with developing Java REST Services
- Spring, Spring Boot
Experience with NodeJS is desired.
Experience with test automation and test-driven development practices and frameworks
- mutation testing, functional testing (JUnit, Cucumber), mock frameworks (Mockito, etc.), contract testing and Cypress.
Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools and continuous delivery pipelines
- Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, Jira, etc.
Knowledge of Cloud/AWS development/engineering.
Experience with API management platforms, design standards, patterns is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud data stores
- S3, Dynamo DB and/or Amazon RDS.

What it takes:

Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
5+ years software engineering experience.
Proven analysis and analytical skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
