Full-Stack Java Developer Irving, TX - AVP R2033720

Citi Internal Audit Technology is seeking a highly motivated and strong hands-on developer to expand its existing global team. The team is developing applications as part of the Audit Information Management System platform to manage the firm s internal audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting functions. The platform serves key stakeholders across internal audit globally to perform audit information management functions. The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, technical depth, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop modules across the technology stack Deliver high quality technical solutions to multiple global stakeholders in a fast paced environment Manage tasks, projects, and dependencies effectively in order to deliver quality solutions on-time Be comfortable introducing new technologies and new ideas as required. Work effectively as part of a large global team delivering audit information management solutions Ownership and responsibility for end-to-end design, development, and release of key components Collaborate in design and architectural solutions Ensure process compliance Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide solid inputs to the team Create design documents and release plans Ensure best practices are followed Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problemsissues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts SKILLS Core Java, RESTful Web Services, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Sprint Data, JPA, Hibernate, Angular, JSON, Java
Script, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, RDBMS, IBM Websphere, Open
Shift ECS. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar 643 years of industry experience Working experience at full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project is required Good track record of relevant experience in design and development of Java applications and distributed systems. Strong knowledge of JAVA (Core JAVA, Spring, JPA, RESTful Services) Good knowledge of UX technologies (Angular, HTML5, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, Java
Script) Databases Oracle or equivalent with SQL programming expertise. Experience with AntMaven, GitBitBucket, JUnit, JMock and other similar technologies. Unix
Linux scripting skills (Shell and PERL) Experience designing APIs Experience with source code management and build tools such as BitBucket, Jenkins Excellent coding discipline Ability to excel in a team environment as well as work independently Strong analytical and problem solving skill Ability to mentor team members Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and or other team members. This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
