Full Stack Application Developer

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, modifying and developing systems using advanced techniques including the ability to analyze current systems to resolve new andor existing problems. Evaluates technical feasibility of proposed system solution, prepares project proposals and developsmodifies systems to meet the business need. Has experience delivering scalable, secure, and robust web applications. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience may lead or direct the work of other developersprojects. Developer further cultivates analysis and development skills by learning new and emerging technologies. Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS Highly competent in processes involved in systems analysis and use of appropriate tools for resolution, including understanding design factors, system capacities, hardware and software requirements, coding, testing, and debugging programs.
Has excellent verbal and communication skills. Excels in ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment. Has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with subordinates, peers and management.
EXPERIENCE Bachelorrsquos degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science (preferred) Minimum of 5 years work experience in Information Technology Participation in major system projects with proficiency in at least one development disciplineplatform SOFTWARE SPECIALIZATIONRequired High proficiency in Java and JavaScript Principles and Patterns ndash focus on ES6, Typescript and Object
- Oriented Programming Proficiency in HTML and CSS Experience using jQuery Responsive Web App development experience for mobile, tablet desktop Front end framework(s) such as Vue.
JS or Angular (2 or above) Experience with State Management solutions such as Redux or Vuex. Development and consumption of REST Services Experience working with Node.
JS and frameworks such as Express and NestJS Experience with troubleshooting and debugging tools such as browser DevTools, etc Experience with Unit and Integration Tests (JestMocha) Experience working with Git including understanding of branching, merging and tagging Desired Knowledge of Fiddler, Wireshark, Postman etc. Familiarity with hybrid mobile application development Single Page Application development Progressive Web App development JavaScript build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack Familiarity with low code development tools such as Salesforce or Pega Experience or familiarity with Spring Boot

POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES Performs technical duties Interviews and meets with business area, analyzes detailed system factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements and presents alternative methods of problem resolution to ensure optimal performance Writes technical specifications and system test plans for mid - large projects Creates thorough unit test plans for new functionality, applications, conversions, etc. through full regression validation Codes, tests, and debugs programs ensuring optimal performance using advanced programming techniques Reviews business test plans and results to ensure effectiveness in meeting project requirements Uses advanced features of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio and Power Point to facilitate documentation, presentations and project management Provides continuity by working with other developers andor contractors Project
