The successful candidate will be a driven, forward-thinking individual with a proven track record of building and deploying impactful digital experiences for enterprises leveraging Adobe Experience Manager and other DXP platforms. This role requires front-end coding expertise with a high level of proficiency in back-end development and full lifecycle development processes. The candidate will be responsible for providing recommendations and designing strong technical solutions while leveraging agile methodologies to increase efficiencies and grow the organization's digital maturity within an expanding Adobe environment.


Develop front end templates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and reusable components. Design efficient security models, workflows and templates
Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
Provide production support for JAVA / AEM and problem resolution for assigned applications
Validate development partners are following standard AEM platform delivery process
Work with senior architects, internal IT, and development partners to consult on web technology solutions using the latest Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies
Deliver exceptional client facing results and project success
Consistently develop and deliver high-quality, low-defect features on schedule
Lead by example through the implementation of challenging and complex components for marketing technology & consumer facing platforms
Minimum Qualifications:5 years of development experience with at least 1-2 years of AEM development experience required
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager 6.x or multi-site/codebase environment
Minimum 2 years of development and support with Adobe Experience Manager or similar platform
Bachelor's degree in related field
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, LESS, Java
Script across multiple libraries: jQuery, Angular.js, Node.js, React
Experience in developing for AEM Touch, Asset Management (DAM) Implementation and a familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Launch and Target
Experience with communicating to different internal servers, databases from AEM, using both front end (ajax, cookies) and back end technologies (servlet, osgi service, Sling)Experience with Junit and other testing frameworks in AEMExperience with Single Page Application design/development (ex. React.js, Angular, Knockout)Experience Databases: Relational (MySQL) & Non-Relational (NoSQL)Experience in Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required
Strong Java/J2EE background and working knowledge of Spring, Hibernate and Struts frameworks
Familiarity with build tools like Maven and Webpack
Basic knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure
Agile experience and participation in daily scrum meetings
